477bat Terms & Conditions — Your Complete Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 477bat ("477bat", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 477bat website located at https://477bat.asia and all associated products, services, games, promotions, and betting markets offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with the 477bat Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

477bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via on-site notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the 477bat website at https://477bat.asia and all associated mobile or web-based services.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or who otherwise accesses or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration.
• "Funds" means any monetary balance held by 477bat on behalf of a Player within their Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet credits, or other non-cashable incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules applicable to each individual game or betting market made available on the Platform.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency of the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. Use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 477bat reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and any Funds held therein will be dealt with in accordance with applicable policies.

2.2 Geographic Restriction. The Platform is operated for the Bangladesh market. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 477bat makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use outside Bangladesh.

2.3 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account. The opening of duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, 477bat reserves the right to merge such Accounts, forfeit any associated Bonus Funds, and suspend or permanently close the Accounts.

2.4 Accurate Information. Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and must promptly update this information if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC). 477bat operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed or at any other time deemed necessary by 477bat. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

3. Account Security

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

3.2 Any activity conducted through your Account using your correct login credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you. 477bat accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.3 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 477bat immediately via the contact details provided on this Platform. 477bat will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the Account pending investigation.

3.4 477bat will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from 477bat that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 477bat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer. Supported methods may be updated from time to time; the current list is displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages of the Platform.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction unless otherwise stated on the applicable payment method page. Deposits below this threshold may be declined without notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Processing times vary by payment method but 477bat endeavours to complete bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. A Player must have completed KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods that match the Player's registered account name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

4.5 Currency. All Funds held on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion charges, if any, are the responsibility of the Player and are not borne by 477bat.

4.6 Deposit Limits. Players may set personal deposit limits from their Account dashboard as part of 477bat's Responsible Gaming tools. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase request is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General. 477bat offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and tournament prize pool participation. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.2 Welcome Bonus. New Players who make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible to receive a 100% deposit match bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible Player once only. Wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game contribution rates, and time limits apply. 5.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as real funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, a default wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount applies.

5.4 Game Contributions. Different game categories contribute at different rates towards the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Unless otherwise specified in applicable promotion terms: online slots contribute 100%; live casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) contribute 10%; sports betting wagers placed at odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 100%. Bets placed on certain game types may contribute 0% and will not count towards wagering requirements.

5.5 Bonus Abuse. Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing offsetting bets across accounts, or exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play — will have their Bonus Funds forfeited and their Account may be suspended or permanently closed. Real Funds deposited by the Player prior to any such determination will be returned subject to verification.

5.6 477bat's Right to Modify Promotions. 477bat reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such modification will not affect Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's Account in accordance with the original promotion terms at the time of credit.

6. Game Rules & Betting

6.1 All games available on the Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by reputable third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are available for each game within the game lobby.

6.2 Sports betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket fixtures — are subject to specific betting rules available on the relevant betting market page. 477bat reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a technical error, data feed failure, or incorrect odds have been published in error.

6.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the decision of 477bat (having regard to available technical logs, provider data, and transaction records) shall be final and binding, subject only to the complaints procedure set out in Section 10 of this Agreement.

6.4 Bets already confirmed and settled will not be voided solely on the basis of subsequent public information becoming available, except where the bet was accepted in error or where prohibited conduct is established.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in any of the following activities on the Platform:

• Opening, operating, or using more than one Account whether in the same name or through the use of another person's identity or payment details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, crawler, spider, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for genuine human gameplay.
• Exploiting errors, software vulnerabilities, or technical malfunctions in any game or the Platform generally.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or any system designed to generate risk-free returns from promotional offers across multiple accounts or platforms.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful towards 477bat staff or other Players.

Violation of any prohibition listed above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Bonus Funds, withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 477bat is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, and session time reminders, all of which are available through the Account dashboard.

8.2 Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and 5 years, or a permanent self-exclusion, by contacting the 477bat support team. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has expired. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be blocked from all Platform activity.

8.3 477bat will not market promotional materials to any Player who has activated a self-exclusion. Players who are self-excluded and who attempt to circumvent their exclusion by registering a new Account will have the new Account immediately closed upon detection.

8.4 Players under the age of 21 must not use the Platform. Parents and guardians are encouraged to make use of parental control software to prevent access by minors.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game titles, and page layout — is the property of 477bat or its content and technology partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written permission of 477bat.

10. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

10.1 If you have a complaint relating to the Platform, a game outcome, a transaction, or any other aspect of the 477bat service, you should contact our customer support team in the first instance at [email protected]. Please include your Account username, a description of the issue, and any supporting transaction reference numbers.

10.2 477bat will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours of receipt and will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days. Where a complaint requires extended investigation, we will keep you informed of progress at reasonable intervals.

10.3 All decisions issued by 477bat following a formal complaints investigation are final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law in Bangladesh.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 477bat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. 477bat's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount of real Funds held in the Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 477bat does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the Platform. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure in Section 10 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

13. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 477bat with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
